 Policies, Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation Policy
    1. Payment – 50% Down payment for the accommodation; 50% balance upon arrival plus additional pax fee if there is.
    2. Children under 3 ft. are free accommodations only.
    3. Refund Policy
      1. 6 days notice via fb page- full refund
      2. 48 hours notice via fb page – 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours notice via fb page – no refund
  1. Late check-in
    1. Guest may do late check-in provided it is made known and confirmed by the appointment setter in the fb page.
    2. When no feedback from customer after 3 hours of the scheduled check-in, the customer will be considered a no-show; thus, the down payment will be forfeited.

 

  1. Check In and Check Out Policies
    1. Check-in with accommodation is at 1PM and check-out is at 11AM.
    2. Check-in for the day tour is 7AM and check-out time is 5PM.
    3. Early check-in and late check-out are discouraged due to time spent for cleaning and sanitizing the rooms. This must be communicated to the appointment setter or reception upon check in for availability and approval.
    4. A strict late check-out penalty is imposed at 1,000 per hour.
    5. There are Check-in and Check-out counters beside the Store.
    6. Upon checking in, the customer will need to fill out the Guest Registration Form (GRF) and Health Declaration Form (HDF). GRF will be sent in advance upon booking confirmation so you can type in details and send it back to the appointment setter for faster check-in.  
    7. Color-coded wrist bonds are provided upon check-in and need to be worn during your stay. This is waterproof and skin-friendly. 

Check-in and day-tour guests are required to wear this for:

  1. Proof that you have checked in
  2. Security purposes.
  3. Submit to bag inspection upon ushered to your accommodation. Each bag must be opened by the customer in the presence of the Resort’s staff.
  4. Before check-out the housekeeper will check the accommodation for inventory and clearance purposes. Once you are cleared you may get your clearance pass at the store which is needed at the guard house.
  • Accommodations
    1. All room accommodations are non-smoking. There are only designated smoking areas.  Penalty applies.
    2. Observe cleanliness and proper use of room amenities.
    3. Moving/transferring of furniture within accommodation is strictly NOT allowed.
    4. Damages incurred during stay will be charged to customer.
    5. Cooking/grilling is allowed on the following conditions:
      1. Cooking in the terrace is allowed.
      2. Grilling must be done 6 (six) feet away from the terrace.
    6. Each accommodation is provided with a key with a deposit of P500. Keep it locked and secure your belongings as the ALP Beach Resort and Restaurant will not be held liable for any losses.
    7. A fire extinguisher is provided in each accommodation.
    8. Tent Pitching is not allowed.
    9. Loud sound system is not allowed.

In respect of other guests.

  1. Small pet is allowed, subject to pet fee P500.

 

  1. Corkage fee applies for all alcoholic drinks.
    1. 50% Corkage fee to all alcoholic beverages based on the store prices
    2. Any undeclared alcoholic beverages will be forfeited one’s caught.

 

  1. Security Deposit
    1. Firearms/deadly weapon are prohibited inside the resort. License firearms should be deposited to the security personnel.

 

  1. Restaurant
    1. Variety of food choices are available at the Appleton Seafood Restaurant.
    2. Dine in and take out only.
    3. You may dine at the restaurant or Seaside Dining venue.
    4. Check-in guests are a priority at the Seaside Dinning venue.
    5. Walk-in guests may dine at the Seaside Dinning venue with a 2-hour maximum stay. This is to give way to others to have a chance to dine with ocean views and breezy air.

 

  • Photography and Filming
    1. A written approval from the Resort is required for commercial photography, images or filming including trademarks or trade names.
    2. Refrain from taking pictures when there are seen guests from other accommodations. This is to protect privacy of our guests.  You may ask our ALP staff for your group pictures.

 

  • Swimming and Pool Jacuzzi
    1. Strict swimming pool attire is required.
    2. Eating and drinking is not allowed.
    3. Kids under 12 years old must be accompanied by responsible adult.
    4. Check in guests: 7AM-10PM
    5. Day tour guests: 7AM-5PM
    6. Liability: Appleton Little Paradise will not be responsible for any personal affects or damage to your vehicle. We will not be responsible for personal harm that may happen during your stay.
